Model IP500

These waste compactor range has been devel-

oped to meet needs of almost every applica-

tions. They improve hygiene standards and

minimise the area needed for waste storage.

Each unit is constructed in durable stainless

steel, making it quick and easy to clean.

The compactors are designed to compress all

dry waste, including cardboard, tins, plastic

and paper. They incorporate proven electro-

hydraulic technology to ensure that waste is

compacted in seconds.

The compactors are available in a range of

three models to suit every disposal require-

ment from light occasional to constant heavy

duty applications.

Waste is simply fed via a loading chute into

an integral trolley, lined with a tough, sealable

plastic bag. Once t he trolley is full the loading

door is closed, safety interlocks automatically

engaged and the start button pressed. A

powerful hydraulic press then compress the

waste in seconds, allowing more to be added

until a ”bag full” light illuminates. Constant

pressure settings can be used for more resilient

waste.

The trolley can then be safely removed,

wheeled to the disposal point and emptied

without the need for heavy lifting.

All units are delivered with a 2.5 m long

electrical cable with plug and 100 plastic

bags.

A kit with 4 pcs marine feet and fixing bolts

is included in delivery as well.
